Vino Tinto Barcolobo Victoria

The Vino Tinto Barcolobo Victoria belongs to Bodegas Barcolobo and has an appellation of origin VT Castilla y Léon. Made from grapes 70% Tempranillo, 20% Syrah and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon selected from bunches in vineyard and winery, destemmed without crushing.

Each variety vinified separately and with a pre-fermentative maceration at 4 °C for seven days. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 24 °C, with a peak of a few hours at 30 °C, for 16 days with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels with inoculation of lactic bacteria. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months in very fine-grained, medium-toasted French oak barrels. Three rackings coinciding with moon changes.

This wine has an alcohol content of 14% vol.

It is recommended that before serving it is decanted given its tannic load and artisanal elaboration. Serve at a temperature of 16ºC in a wide glass to express all its aromas.
