Duck foie gras pâtés contain at least 30% foie gras. Our black label Basque pate contains 75% duck liver. It is a mashed mass, which in addition to including duck or goose livers can also include their meat and the livers of other poultry

Ingredients

Duck liver 75%, duck meat, egg, milk, wheat flour, salt, sugar, pepper, preservative sodium nitrite and antioxidant sodium ascorbate. Storage conditions: Room temperature. Once the tin has been opened, keep between 0 - 4ºC and consume in maximum 5 days

Preparation

It is advisable to put it in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before consumption and before tasting 10 minutes at room temperature. Mitxel Etxenike, studied and graduated from the Ecole Supérieure des Meats in Paris. She completed her training in the French region of Landes for 8 years working in the sector.
