Ternua, known for its ski and mountaineering apparel, is also based in the Basque Country like Basqueland. Just like Ternua, which takes its name from Terranova and is inspired by the brave Basque sailors, Basqueland explores new brewing horizons both internationally and locally. The beer has a lighter malt structure than usual to be super drinkable, with prominent layers of aromas of grape, currant, and mango along with freshly cut grass from the use of Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Chinook hops.
