Bedón de Mezca cheese made with cow's milk and goat's milk. Pleasant and soft cheese that after tasting it lingers on our palate and memory, clean light yellow cut and with a goat aroma that finishes rounding this cheese. Cheese with the creaminess of the cow and the final taste of goat.

It comes vacuum packed for better transport and conservation, piece in the form of a bar of about 800 gr.
