Coming from free-range Iberian pigs raised in the meadows of the Valle de los Pedroches and exclusively fed on acorns and grass in their final months. The curing process, which is never less than 3 years, is achieved through a very slow maturation in a natural drying room and a subsequent rest in a natural cellar, located 5 meters underground, to achieve optimal humidity and temperature parameters.

100% Iberian acorn-fed ham from D.O. Los Pedroches is characterized by an intense aroma, delicate flavor, and a slightly fibrous texture that melts in the mouth, leaving a persistent aftertaste characteristic of acorns. It has a characteristic color that ranges from pink to purple-red, shiny, with infiltration of rosy fat, rich in oleic acid, which makes it smooth to the touch and enhances its organoleptic qualities.
