Breeding
This White Wine Bienbebido Pulpo is aged on lees for 4 months in the same tank where it has undergone part of the malolactic fermentation.
Making
This wine comes from young vineyards and where the grapes are harvested by hand and then destemmed and continue their cold maceration process on their skins for 12 hours. Subsequently, they go through a soft pressing process and part of this must undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18°C.
