More information

This Blecua wine has a magnificent purplish garnet color. When tasting it with the sense of smell, a great intensity is perceived, accentuating its elegant toasted aromas, preserves, eucalyptus, licorice, and chocolate, along with a spectacular perfectly integrated wood. Moving on to the taste, it is tasty and dominated by a fruity load, with a long and very complex finish.

Its production is complex as the grapes are selected from vineyards, bunches, and barrels to obtain the best of it. After manually harvesting, a selection of bunches is made on the "sorting table". Fermentation is carried out separately in French oak truncated cone tanks, in which each grape is inside. Once alcoholic fermentation is finished, the wines are transferred to new barrels to carry out malolactic fermentation and begin the aging process.

These barrels come from different cooperages, and the oak has different origins and degrees of toasting. After eight months, the best barrels were selected and the final blend was made.
