Previously defrosted product. Homemade croquettes made with Zerain blue cheese; a Basque cheese made with raw sheep's milk. These 50 gram croquettes are prepared 100% handmade, from start to finish, by Iñaki and Xabat, chefs trained at the Basque Culinary Center and founders of the Kroketxea project.

Starting with a selection of high-quality and local raw materials, the result is a crispy, creamy croquette with a good balance between all its ingredients.
