'

The Boada Oak Red Wine from Bodegas Boada belongs to the Ribera del Duero D.O. Its vineyards are between 20 and 30 years old and it is made with 100% Tempranillo grapes. The Boada Oak Red Wine is aged for 6 months in American-French (Allier) oak barrels and then in bottles for a minimum of 6 months.

Production of Boada Oak Red Wine:

Manual harvesting. Double selection of grapes in the vineyard and in the winery.

Destemming. Traditional alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 29ºC in lined concrete tanks. Daily pumpovers for color extraction and temperature control. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

It is then transferred to barrels for the aging stage. Racked to tanks for clarification and stabilization. Bottled and aged in the bottle.
