The white wine San Valentín is a wine elaborated by Bodegas Torres that belongs to the denomination of Origin Cataluña, elaborated with grapes of the varieties Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-Lo.

Created by Miguel Torres Carbó to give it his wife Margarita Riera on Valentine's Day.

The Parellada grape, the finest of the traditional white varieties at the highest elevations of our vineyards, produces moderately-graded aromatic fruity whites like the Valentine's Day.

Valentine's Tasting note 

Soft, pale gold. Fine Floral (Verbena) and fruity notes (pineapple and lemon jam). It is sensual, with delicious and fragrant matter (Acacia honey).
