This cream is perfect to accompany with red wine and can be used in a variety of recipes such as red meats, pastas, sauces, quiches, omelettes, vegetables, potatoes, risottos, and foie gras. Composition:

Boletus edulis (68.5%), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) (4%), salt, flavor, garlic, acidity regulator (lactic acid), pepper. May contain traces of milk, nuts, and peanuts.
