Bordelar is a red wine made from Mencía, Merenzao and Brancellao by Bodegas Bordel within the Betanzos IGP.The Bordelar Tintose is produced through a process of fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a careful clarification and bottling. This wine is characterized by a limited production of only 1000 bottles per year, which highlights its exclusivity and meticulous attention in its elaboration.
