The Red Wine Breca El Nacido from the Jorge Ordoñez Grouppresents this red wine from the province Municipality of Nuévalos, Sierra de Pardos.(Spain)made from the grape variety Garnacha de Aragón, oldest clone on record.

Traditional dry farming. Organic and manual cultivation of vines in goblet.

Vinification:Stemming and fermentation in open tanks. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels of different capacities of 3 and 4 wines. It is then aged for a few months in the same barrels. Then it is clarified and gently filtered before bottling.
