Grapes: 80% Chardonnay and 20% Gewürztraminer


Coupage of grapes from the fertile lowlands of the Vero River in Barbastro (Huesca), harvested in search of aromatic harmony and preserving freshness. After reception in the winery, the grapes were destemmed and then pressed. The Gewürztraminer underwent a 6-hour skin maceration in the press.

Cold-controlled fermentation with a maximum temperature of 22ºC. The wine was aged on the lees for 3 months in stainless steel tanks
