Medium intensity to ruby red. Clear notes of jam, red currant, raspberry, aromas of aging, smoke, cedar wood, chocolate and coffee. The palate is structured, evolved and intense, with ripe fruit, medium tannin, spices, vanilla, clove, smoke, lactic notes, with a medium finish and marked varietal character.

Our Crianza Cabernet Sauvignon is an ideal wine to pair with roasted and grilled red meat, game and duck. Perfect with Iberian sausages or strong and cured cheeses. It goes well with grilled or griddled vegetables, such as artichokes, asparagus or mushrooms, among others.

It has a medium-high cherry red colour, with small ochre tones in the edges of the glass that denote its time in oak barrels. The nose highlights the notes of vanilla and cocoa, from the wood without losing the ripe fruit. The palate is well structured, round and powerful, making this a wine that will evolve favourably in the bottle
