The Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé Brut champagne has a frank and very fresh bouquet. Wide range of small red fruits : strawberry, redcurrant, raspberry, black cherry. Its extraordinary freshness is the dominant sensation.
The fruit dominates in the mouth. The first impression is very frank and tangy. One has the sensation of plunging into a basket of fresh red fruits: strawberry, raspberry and black cherry. Light and round wine.
Laurent-Perrier Blanc de Blancs has a more complex than intense nose, very reduced at the beginning, but showing a wide range of aromas: floral notes and ripe stone fruit, mineral and metallic touches, ...Magnificent acidity, fatty feel and a certain volume, repeats the notes noted on the nose with great fruity and mineral presence, very much in the style of a great old chablis.
