Olive is the specialty of our town and house, Campo Real. It was so in the past, when our grandfather's father started marketing the most characteristic olives of our town, and it will continue to be so due to our tradition and experience in dressing olives.
In our town, southeast of Madrid, each family has their "secret" ingredients to make the dressing that their ancestors told them. You can find more information on our blog, although its ingredients are mainly garlic, thyme, fennel, and oregano.

This table olive has a Quality Designation, due to its special greenish-brown color that makes the olive unique, in addition to its characteristic mild and pleasant taste for every palate. Thanks to the efforts made by the members belonging to the designation, Campo Real olive is recognized throughout Spain by the Quality designation seal.
