Can Sumoi Xarel-lo

Can Sumoi is the latest project of the Raventós family (from Raventós i Blanc), the new estate of the family in Montmell (Do Penedès), an agricultural estate dating back to 1645, 20 ha. of vineyards located in a stunning setting for the solitude of the place at 600 meters altitude. This is where the Raventós i Blanc family recover the biodynamic farm to start with their passion of making natural still wines of altitude, with local varieties worked organically and with minimal intervention in the winemaking process, wines with personality and quality that convey the flavor of the land. Harvest by hand, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16ºC with indigenous yeasts from the vineyard for 21 days, 4-hour maceration with the skins, spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Bottled without stabilization or filtering, it does not contain any added oenological products
