Lavender is used as an antiseptic and a preparation is made with it to clean sores and wounds. Formerly it was used to relieve chest diseases and nerve and head problems. It has also been used to heal stomach problems such as, for example, facilitate slow digestion.

How to use:

Infusion (boil for a few moments) 1 tablespoon per cup of water. Let stand a few minutes, strain and take up to 2-3 cups daily, before or after meals. Avoid during pregnancy, lactation and children under 6 years of age.
