It is an excellent oil mainly made from the Carrasqueño and Picudo varieties, which gives it a very distinct sensory character. The freshness of freshly obtained oil is appreciated. This oil has a predominantly green fruity flavor with notes of banana and tomato plant; aromas of green that remind of olive leaf. Additionally, it has light touches of ripe tomato.
