A beautiful discovery, a beautiful find! Full of character and roundness, a favorite! This vintage has a beautiful, carmine-colored robe. The nose is smoky, toasty, spicy, and fruity. It's a lovely combination of caramel, blackberry and currant jam, with hints of oak and graphite. The attack is generous and round. The oak brings a lot of smoothness to the balsamic aromas of the wine (mango, peony, cinnamon). It's a successful marriage! Pairs well with a peppered duck breast, a roasted pork shoulder, stuffed eggplant. A commitment to ecological and sustainable viticulture, with agroforestry at the heart of the project.
