Our cava is elegant, fine, flirtatious. With a very pale pink color and golden sparkles. Fine and constant bubbles in the mouth is a real explosion of red fruits combined with citrus, dairy and some delicate notes of pastries. Tasty, with a well-integrated carbonic and friendly in the mouth. Very fruity and creamy finish with hints of licorice and very good acidity that confers a fresh finish. Production limited to 21,000 bottles.
