The grapes that give life to the Codorníu Limited Edition Brut come from both the continental zone and the Mediterranean climate area of the D.O. Cava. The selection of grapes is key to achieving maximum quality in each bottle. Chardonnay is grown in a continental zone in Segrià, while the traditional varieties come from the Mediterranean climate region of the D.O. Cava, where these native grapes reveal their distinctive character.
The vineyards are carefully chosen by our viticulture teams, who work closely with our suppliers throughout the year.
