Cava from organic grapes and manual harvest with selection of the best grape berries of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, 20 months of aging. waxy yellow color, clean, bright, with metallic flashes, forms a very showy column of several rosaries of fine bubbles; in nose white fruits, herbaceous, slight citrus, small nuances of its aging on fine lees, fresh pastries, reflections of butter, mineral and saline touches; in mouth is fresh and enveloping, fruity memories, balanced acidity, very elegant and long aftertaste.
