Cava Mirgin Opus D.O. Paraje 75 cl.

Cava made with organic grapes from Paraje de Vallcirera. Pale yellow color with golden reflections, aroma of ripe white fruit, red fruits, nuts; in the mouth it is mineral, saline, these notes are given by the enclave of their vineyards,; well marked acidity, fine and persistent, very tasty; 36 months of aging. It is the result of the work of many years, which has resulted in a cava with its own identity and very characteristic of the territory.
