It belongs to the Particular collection, a limited production that pays homage to the ancient traditions of the winery's winegrowers.


This extraordinary cava is made 100% with the variety of Aragonese origin, Garnacha. The first Blanc de Noirs cava produced in Aragon, an elegant white cava with aromas of red fruits typical of the red Garnacha grape.


To the eye it has an attractive pale yellow colour with a steely rim, bright and luminous with fine, well-integrated bubbles. On the nose fine and delicate aromas of red fruits. The palate has a pleasant carbonic sensation, good acidity-body balance, tasty and refreshing with a long and harmonious finish.
