Caviar Tanit-Bacari 50 gr

This caviar, which we import from Italy, is obtained from a hybrid sturgeon born from the union of Acipenser Baeri and Acipenser Naccari. The roe measures about 2.1 mm, is very similar to that of the Sevruga and its colour is dark grey. It has a light taste in the mouth, and that makes it suitable for beginners in the world of caviar.
