Out of the 570 visited plots, only 12 have been chosen for the creation of this authentic delicacy.
✔ After selecting only the olives from these lands, the production of this precious liquid has been carried out in less than 2 hours after harvesting.
✔ Approximately 14 kilos of olives were needed to obtain one liter of this delicacy.
✔ It is worth noting that it is always done through cold extraction and exclusively through mechanical procedures.
This means that extra virgin olive oil is a true juice of olives, made completely naturally without the intervention of chemicals.
