The Olalla Jamones Iberian ham is made using our tradition and our fantastic pigs. With a crossbreeding of more than 50% Iberian, reared and fattened in freedom on the basis of field products and cereals such as corn, wheat and barley. Cured for more than 27 months in natural drying sheds and cellars, its flavor is very pleasant, sweet and smooth. When cut, it has an attractive cherry red color, good infiltration and marbling, and a shine (both lean and fat) characteristic of its high quality. Its versatility and quality make it an Iberian product suitable for all tastes

Once the piece has been started, we recommend that it be consumed before 21 days, so that it maintains all its flavor, quality and properties. We should only cut the ham that is going to be consumed at that time. Try to cut thin slices of medium size and with some intramuscular fat to make them juicier
