More information

Cervaro Castello Della Sala is a white wine made by Marchesi Antinori in IGT Umbria (Italy) with Chardonnay and Grechetto grapes.

A blend of Chardonnay grapes and a small amount of Grechetto make a wine that can age with time and represents the elegance and complexity of this unique property. Cervaro della Sala is one of the first Italian white wines to have malolactic fermentation and barrel ageing. The first vintage of Cervaro to be produced was the 1985 vintage.

Cervaro Castello Della Sala Tasting Notes

Vibrant, textured, beautiful golden yellow colour, with impressive aromas and nuances with each new sip: flavours of ripe plum, fig, pear, acacia blossom, hawthorn and wisteria, as well as hazelnut, honey and vanilla.

Intense and consistent on the palate, with a long, fruity and spicy finish. Undoubtedly a good wine.
