Chachepó

The Chachepó® consists of a sponge cake with a cylindrical shape and spongy texture, impregnated with a light liqueur aroma. The sponge cake does not contain milk and is made, in a 100% artisan way, with an egg base. It is then baked and the dough has to wait 24 hours before finishing with the cold imprinting of the liqueur aroma. Our delicacy is then ready to be savored

Our Chachepó®, a typical sweet from Linares, is presented in an elegant case, of five units, heat-sealed that protects them from any leakage and allows them to last four weeks, cold, as rich as the first day.
