André Clouet is a winery founded in 2003 that has 9 hectares of vineyards in the village of Bouzy. All their plots are qualified as Grand Cru and they make long-aged, high-quality sparkling wines.



The André Clouet Grand Cru Millésime vineyard comes from the village of Bouzy. All of its plots are rated Grand Cru. The soils of the plots are clay-limestone, typical of Champaign, and are south and south-east facing to make the most of the sun and for the grapes to ripen fully and evenly.


André Clouet Grand Cru Millésime is vinified in stainless steel tanks and then the tirage liqueur is added and bottled for secondary fermentation in the bottle. Once it has undergone the second fermentation, it remains in the bottle for 3 to 4 years, depending on the potential of the a
