Champagne Les Frères Mignon L'Aventure 1er Cru Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs

Vineyard and Soil: The grapes come from three different terroirs, the grand cru of Avize and Cramant and the premier cru of Cuis. All the plants come from massal selection and the average age is 50 years. Winemaking and Aging: Fermented in stainless steel and a small part in French oak barrels, malolactic fermentation is neither forced nor blocked. It is then aged in rhyme for 3 years.
