COLOUR: pale yellow colour with a nice row of bubbles.
AROMA: initial fruity aromas (peaches) followed by floral notes.
PALATE: fresh and lively with a delicious complexity.
Pairs well with a veal blanquette or lamb chop. It can also be served with a cheese such as Camembert or Brie de Meaux.
