Soutiran Rosé Champagne has been produced exclusively from Grand Cru grapes and is a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir ein the village of Ambonnay. Ideal for aperitifs and hors d'oeuvres, it is light and airy on the palate.

Maison Soutiran, a 6-hectare family estate, is located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, in the village of Ambonnay, which benefits from the prestigious "Grand Cru" distinction. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are planted on slopes with calcareous soils particularly rich in magnesium. This specificity of the village's terroir gives a minerality to the wines that are expressed through saline and iodized notes.
