Sunlit and warm, more mature. The robe of this wine is a deep ruby color with garnet reflections. The delicate and generous nose reveals aromas of very ripe fruits and vanilla. On the palate, this wine is both ample and subtle, with soft tannins and a pronounced blackcurrant flavor at the beginning of tasting, followed by an elegant touch of vanilla at the end. The finish is very aromatic and remarkably long. This wine can be enjoyed with red meats, game, Pyrenees cheese, and typical dishes from the South-West such as confits, garbures, and cassoulets. It also pairs well with oriental cuisine dishes.
