Chateau La Dauphine 1997

Chateau La Dauphine, made from Merlot and Cabernet grapes, with the vineyards located on the slopes of Fronsac, on limestone soils, the care of the vineyard, controlled fermentation in concrete vats and subsequent aging for 12 months in French oak barrels give the wine elegance and complexity.

Sight: Color rojo escarlata brillante con ribetes teja.

Mouth: Entrada suave y elegante, gran equilibrio entre la acidez unos taninos aterciopelados y las notas de cedro de una madera muy bien integrada.

Nose: Buena intensidad aromática con notas de canela y pan recién tostado.
