The basis of our organic cocoa is the careful selection of its ingredients. The raw materials we use come exclusively from controlled organic cultivation, free of fertilizers and pesticides, or substances such as lecithin, present in the membranes of plant and animal cells. The main ingredients such as cocoa come 100% from the Dominican Republic and the unrefined cane sugar from Brazil.
At Chocolates Solé, we take care of the entire process of organic production, and we are committed to the environment by eliminating aluminum foil in the packaging of our organic chocolates, as it is a non-recyclable and contaminating material in the extraction process.
Our range of organic products is endorsed by the CCPAE (Catalan Council for Organic Agricultural Production), which verifies and certifies the use of organic agri-food products, and by the European Union organic seal, which allows us to export outside of Spain.
