Starting from a good raw material, the fatty pork, to which salt, garlic, paprika, oregano and authorized additives are added, to obtain a chorizo with its own name.

We elaborate the Cantimpalos chorizo in an artisan way to maintain above all, its dignity and authenticity.

We have not invented anything in the Cantimpalos chorizo, we continue to produce it as tradition and the good work of our ancestors.
