The Iberian acorn-fed chorizo sausage is made from selected cuts of acorn-fed Iberian pork. The meats are minced in an ideal caliber for this format and marinated with Pimentón de la Vera paprika, garlic, olive oil and spices. Stuffed in artificial natural casing and cured for a minimum of 3 months.
