The “Contest” contains:

In the preparation of the Anchoas del Cantabrico Cero from Casa Santoña the artisan process allows us to obtain from this raw material, a product of high gastronomy. We dedicate to each loin the necessary care to obtain an extraordinary piece: large, shiny, totally boneless, with a delicate aroma and texture
• 2x BOQUERONES EN VINAGRE (100 gr). Our anchovies are always of the highest quality and handmade
• 2x SMOKED SARDINES (150 gr) Delicious sardines smoked at low temperature with a soft and delicious flavour.
