RED WINE CORIMBO: Corimbo red wine is made with 100% Tempranillo and belongs to the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin. The vineyards used to produce Corimbo red wine are located in the Pagos de La Horra and Roa in the province of Burgos, and have an average age of 20 years.

Fermentation lasts 18 days and is carried out in wooden vats and stainless steel tanks. Corimbo red wine is aged for 12 months in barrels, 80% French oak and 20% American oak. This wine is stabilized using natural methods and clarified with egg albumin. Serve this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º. Good bottle aging potential.
