Cosme Palacio 1984 Tasting Note Tinto 

Cosme Palacio 1984 Red is of intense red color, with purple reflections. Bright. The noble variety Tempo-Nillo is expressed with all its power, is clean and intense. We find several layers of aromas: the first is full of fruity sensations such as mulberry, fruit of the forest or blueberries. We also find blue fruit like the sloe; In the second layer we find typical notes of the variety such as licorice and spices contributed by the French oak such as cinnamon and vanilla; The third layer shows small floral touches like the rose petal, making the whole complex of great quality. The sensation of unctuosity takes over the mouth with a fruit aftertaste and a very fine tannin of a well-ripened tempranillo grape. The right acidity makes it have a long and sweet refreshing touch leaving at the end mentholated chocolate sensations.
