Los Beyos cheese is an artisan cheese from Asturias made with pasteurized cow's milk, respecting the traditional recipe.

The Los Beyos cow cheese has the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI), which was recognized on November 8, 2011 by the European Commission.

It has a semi-hard, somewhat fatty and slightly acidic texture due to its coagulation, in an ivory tone. It has a cut without eyes, irregular and easy flaking, with a fine and smooth touch. It has intense but balanced and pleasant flavor and aroma.

This Asturian cheese has been awarded on several occasions in Asturian competitions.
