Cruz de Los is made only in years of excellence with the best batches. This edition is a blend of Syrah, Cabernet, Moristel and Parraleta, which reflects all the effort and dedication of Bodegas Alodia in the production of its top of the range wine. The grapes are destemmed and macerated at 10-12 ºC for 3 days, which allows for greater concentration of colour and aromas. The maceration is prolonged for 30 days and the ageing is carried out in French oak barrels for 12 months, selecting the best wood and the best coopers, with periodic battonages. Perfect blending of the aromas of barrel ageing with the fermentation aromas; spices, coffee, chocolate. A set of great elegance, friendly, complex and round.
