Selected by hand and early harvest, normally in early October from the mountains of Alicante, Spain. Patrick de la Cueva has specially selected these varieties of Arbequina and Picual and blended them with the right proportion to obtain a green colored oil, very aromatic with a fruity mouth entry and a slightly bitter and spicy aftertaste

Tasting notes: It is a very balanced blend of arbequina and picual, which, being an early harvest, achieves an emerald green color, very aromatic and bursts on the nose with an intense fruity characteristic of the arbequina, has a soft and fruity entry in the mouth, and a slightly bitter and spicy aftertaste, characteristic of the picual variety. Notes of tomato, apple and banana, lightly of fresh grass, and dried fruits
