In terms of sensory characteristics, White Rum has a clear, crystalline colour. Its aroma is tropical, with notes of coconut, vanilla, fruit, aniseed and pepper. The taste is sweet with flavours of grapes, lychee, pineapple, vanilla, spices and fruit. The finish is medium long, refreshing, slightly spicy with subtle hints of dried fruit.
This rum has received recognition for its quality, including the Gold Medal at Rum And Cachaca Masters in 2022, as well as the Silver Medal at the San Francisco Spirits Competition in the same year.
