DeBeroz Essence of Gewürztraminer

Varietal: 100% gewürztraminer.




Tasting notes: With a lively and elegant brightness it shows shades of yellow to green, with steely glints, the latter denoting the youth and freshness of the wine. With floral aromas, rose petals and violets along with fruity aromas, especially lychee and ripe banana, also citrus; it is a markedly varietal wine, with a finish reminiscent of yeast and pastries, as well as limestone notes typical of the rest on its lees. Spectacular attack and very expressive with respect to the varietal character of the Gewürztraminer. Voluminous, dense and fatty in its passage and with an aftertaste of meringue, very ripe banana and ginger.


Pairing: Ideal and very interesting with international cuisine: shushi and sashimi, oriental and spicy food in general and of course with desserts such as fruit salad or fruit tarts and puff pastries.
