These varieties have unique organoleptic characteristics. In early harvest, the olives are still green and the oil obtained has an intense green color with pronounced aroma and flavor. Applying the most advanced techniques to prevent damage to the olives, they are cold-pressed, thus preserving all their aromas.
Produced in our olive groves in the province of Jaén, guaranteeing their quality throughout the entire process until our own mill, in order to preserve all their aromas and properties intact.
Picual
Tasting notes: An oil with a medium-high green fruity aroma, a juice that has a medium bitter and spicy taste in the mouth. It presents aromas of olive leaf, almond, and artichoke, with slight notes of fig and tomato.
Arbequina
Tasting notes: An oil with an intense green fruity aroma, it has a slightly bitter and medium spicy taste in the mouth. At the olfactory level, it provides aromas of grass, almond, and apple, with slight notes of tomato and artichoke.
Royal
Tasting notes: On the nose, it presents intense fruity aromas of grass, almond, artichoke, and apple, with slight notes of tomato. An oil with a high green fruity aroma, a juice that has a slightly bitter and medium spicy taste in the mouth.
Organic Picual
Tasting notes: An oil with a medium green fruity aroma and a full body, on the nose it presents aromas of apple, tomato, and almond, with slight notes of grass and fig. At the gustatory level, it has a medium bitterness and spiciness.
