Doix 2018. 75 centiliters.

This wine has been elaborated by Mas Doix winery. It is certified with the DO Priorat and is a red wine that has been made with Carignan and Grenache extracted from vineyards hundreds of years old. These are planted on slopes of licorella, also known as slate, at an altitude between 350 and 500 meters.the harvest has been carried out manually in boxes of 10 kilos. Each plot is vinified separately. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the wine is aged for 16 months in authentic French oak barrels of extra fine grain.
